Thanks for the insight John, not all of us who live here are as myopic and xenophobic as some who regularly post and not all of us are in the habit of shooting the messenger simply because we don't like the message. Please continue to keep us abreast of Baha Mar developments as you hear of them.
Birdie, you truly won't be satisfied until the PLP have once again reduced this country to subsistence fishing and farming. They'll be stittin pretty and smilin while the rest of us ga be back to pickin peas from s.....t. Man your ignorance can't done.
Now he, McPhee, by his own admission is half an inch from entering politics. I guess if ya can't make it from the pulpit, what the hell, might as well try politics. As one of his peers so quaintly put it, "Principle don't put bread on the table."
After Bradley Roberts, Elcott Coleby is the PLP's next biggest wind emanating orifice. These people are immune to the smell of the stuff they squirting .
Grassroot my friend, you stand to be seriously disillusioned if you hope to find any "right minded and honorable people" in politics in this country today and, unfortunately for all of us, I don't see any political messiahs on the immediate horizon. The people we need to run the country will never be elected simply because they are right minded and honorable people.
Now that the PLP war chest full from numbers and Nygard money, probably some VAT money in there too, they start whining about campaign finance reform. Christie and his bunch of vultures have had nine years to do something about this and they aren't even accountable for their own financial declarations. Now that they're all gorged to bursting off the fat of the land they want everybody else to now go on a diet.
" How many foreign residents have come here to this one Bahamas, courted and 'fell in love' (sic) with the government and tried to have their way.?" You wouldn't by any chance be referring to folks like Robert Vesco, Carlos Lehder, Mohamed Harachi and Anna Nichole Smith now would you?
My sympathy to the former employees of City Markets but good luck with all that. The former employees of Cole Thompson Pharmacies still waiting on theirs and they been waiting 'bout twenty years longer. And just think, some people are awarded Knighthoods for rape in broad daylight.
