This ignorant doofus should be forced to resign as AG for displaying such a high degree of outright arrogance and complete disdain for the constitutionally protected (and most sacred) of all legal rights possessed by the Bahamian people, i.e., the exclusive legal right to determine for themselves who is eligible to acquire Bahamian citizenship.

It is unbelievable to hear this idiot Pinder say, as AG, that he does not consider the Bahamian people fit to exercise their exclusive legal right to amend the Constitution by way of a duly held referendum.

And because he does not consider the Bahamian people fit to exercise the power that they very deliberately reserved unto themselves in the Constitution of our nation, he is outrageously proposing the people's power be illegally usurped by elected officials simply passing legislation to achieve the government's desired political outcome, notwithstanding the will of the Bahamian people as previously expressed in two national referendums on citizenship matters. In a nutshell, this clown of an AG wants to shred our Constitution!

Pinder's feeble legal mind is such that he needs to be made to walk the plank and the sooner he is made to step down as AG the better. He's totally unqualified to be AG.

Here's why the corrupt Davis led PLP administration is listening to the corrupt international black marketeers and traders of carbon credits. Taxpayers are made to foot the costly bill for all that is involved in creating (monetizing) the carbon credits ("No", they're not created for free out of thin air), and then corrupt government officials typically sell them to the corrupt international black marketeers and traders and 'pocket' a good portion of the proceeds.

Corrupt Davis and others like him in his PLP administration will give an ear to any corrupt scheme that comes along if they think they can 'pocket' something from it for themselves at the taxpayers' expense. Corrupt Davis is no more serious than the man in the moon about policy initiatives aimed at truly protecting our environment. If he were, our nation would by now be imposing a hefty annual pollution mitigation tax on the entire cruise ship industry.

The very shameful AG Pinder is proving to be a most dutiful puppet and loyal arse for his master.

Our country is being flooded with illegal firearms from Florida. Next to illegal aliens from Haiti, illegal firearms from Florida are our nation's second largest import. And obviously the dangerous individuals who are making their fortunes from human trafficking and the smuggling of illegal firearms, are being afforded protection from law enforcement 'for a price' paid to the 'right' people in government.

Also, notice how we no longer hear about the illegal drugs flowing through our country anymore.....not even an occasional major illegal drug bust. Yet the illegal drug trade is alive and thriving in our country today like never before. And we all know trafficking in illegal drugs and smuggling illegal firearms go hand in hand.

Don't lull yourself into thinking these out-of-control killings present no risk to you. You're at risk whenever you are and about, and don't think for a moment unchecked violence will not soon spill over into the more well-off neighbourhoods. It's only a matter of time.
