Puerto Rico did away with all of its Communist China virus restrictions today. Are we going to be one of the last nation's on earth to recognize the face maskings and testings have all along been nothing but a population control power grab by many governments, including our own, as well as a money-making windfall opportunity for a select privileged and cruel few to greatly enrich themselves?

JoBeth Coleby-Davis is an utterly useless cabinet minister but neither Davis nor Cooper have the cahoonas to replace her because of her dismal performance and obvious incompetence.

All Rolle is doing here is confessing that for decades now police cadets have not undergone a sound programme of basic law enforcement training at the academy. And just as our corrupt and elitist political ruling class are responsible for the D - education students get in the public schools, they bear responsibility for the D - training cadets get at the police academy.

I remember a time when discipline was considered one of the most important hallmarks of a good police cadet and police officer. Those were the days when the importance of self-discipline and a courteous self-demeanor were instilled and valued in all ranks of our law enforcement personnel, from police cadets throught to police commissioners.

But today we see too many undisciplined law enforcement officers who, like so many of our corrupt and incompetent politicians, are grossly overweight and unfit to fulfill their duties. Rolle is one of them. Sadly the system is terribly broken and probably beyond repair like so many other things in our country today.

P.S. Actually, good health, good friends, happiness within one's family, faith and peace of mind are all worth a lot more than money. But, faith aside, these things are difficult to have and keep without a decent paying job that affords one the self-esteem that comes with being able to earn a modest level of income to help support a minimum standard of living and overall quality of life one's self and family.

The very wealthy who only enjoy living in our country if they can do so off of the backs of the poor (by not paying their fair share of taxes under a progressive system of taxation) are more than welcome to leave.

P.S.: In addition to the wealthy being made to income and capital gains tax, they should also be made to pay an annual wealth tax of not less than 3% on their worldwide net worth with a credit only for any real property tax they may currently pay our government. And if wealthy foreigners choose to flee the Bahamas, that should help take some of the pressure off of the outrageous land and housing prices faced by younger Bahamians (even the professional ones) in their country today.

We have way too much elitism and egalatarianism cloaked as progressive socialism in our small nation, especially among the corrupt politicial ruling class and their extremely wealthy and equally corrupt crony financial-backers.

Many are saying it's already too late for the S.S. Bahamas and that the only way for the decks to be cleared is for the ship to first fully sink. That's an awfully scary thought because we don't know how far down the ocean floor is, nor how long we would be made to sit on it by the IMF and others who, like our corrupt politicians, have never really represented the interests of the Bahamian people.

Rolle is clearly blowing his dog whistle for more vigilantism. Without this street justice we would probably have as many murderers and serial rapists walking around on our streets as we have corrupt and incompetent elected officials, senior members of the civil workforce and lawyers.

There's really not much more Rolle can do but blow his dog whistle given all of the corruption that now exists within our judiciary, the public prosecutors office, the Bar association and the office of the attorney-general. As the saying goes, "Tings now real tough!"
