Her claim to fame as a politician was always her father's coat-tails combined with her loud mouth. She has done and accomplished nothing of any significance for the Bahamian people and her constituents over her decades long career as an politician. When you consider the immense and massive tonnage of refuse, contaminants and shiit dumped by Carnival in our territorial waters over many decades, our government could easily justify a fine against Carnival well over $100 million. But even this would not stop Carnival from continuing to abuse our environment in the most terrible of ways. They really need to be banned from our seas, period. The same applies to Royal Caribbean.
The bilge and scupper systems on these gargantuan filthy floating hotels have over the decades poisoned the waters around Nassau Harbour and Arawak Cay. This is the reason why every summer in recent years we have had to deal with serious health issues arising from people eating poisonous conch that were kept alive in the seawater in these areas.
My nephew who is a vet and operates a small animal practice in Newcastle, England, would be the first to tell you, like so many other vets, that pit bulls are justfiably banned as domestic animals in many countries because of their unpredictable disposition and hair trigger temperament, especially around strangers, and their inbred strength and dangerous instinct to fight to the death.
As a society we have great difficulty with the responsible parenting of children but you somehow believe we can get responsible ownership of unstable and very ferocious pit bull dogs accomplished. Give me a break!
The 2017 edition of Science of Military Strategy (战略学), a textbook published by the PLA’s National Defense University that is considered to be relatively authoritative, debuted a section about biology as a domain of military struggle, similarly mentioning the potential for new kinds of biological warfare to include “specific ethnic genetic attacks.”
Few if any of the corrupt imbeciles who have a seat in our parliament today are capable of owning and successfully operating any kind of legitimate business venture. How in the hell can we possibly expect them to govern an entire country, albeit a small one??!!! Yet the fools among us supported a PLP candidate in the last national general election with the hope of tyrannical Minnis being banished forevermore from the political landscape. Now we have a corrupt Davis and Cooper led PLP administration with megalomaniacal Minnis still holding his Killarney seat. It couldn't get any worse!
