The cruise ship company marketed the snorkling excursion, took her money, had her sign a piece of paper holding them completely harmless, and banked the generous commission earned from their passenger booking the excursion.

And like most of the excursions marketed by the cruise ship companies, they claim the signed 'hold harmless' piece of paper does not require them to do any type of periodic safety review of the excursion operator's business nor verify that the excursion business is properly licensed and in compliance with safety protocols required by local laws and regulations.

This shark attack victim no doubt had in her mind when she booked the excursion that cruise ship company would not allow itself to be associated with an excursion considered to be in any way unsafe. You can bet that 'hold harmless' piece of paper she signed said absolutely nothing about the risk of a shark attack, the risk of stepping on a sting ray, the risk of coming into contact with a poisonous spiny lion fish or the risk of coming entangled in the long tentacles of a man o war jellyfish. And that's because an awful lot of cruise passengers would never book an excursion with those types of warnings.

He's not a holy man! He's a sick demented old fart for whom Satan is waiting with open arms and much glee. And anyone who continues to put money in Hanchell's collection plate deserves to end up in hell with him for all of eternity.

The enraged man in that photo should definitely not be teaching children. No one unable to control their anger should be at the front of a class room.

Why are we paying for a bunch of KFC fattened women to parade and jiggle their blubber while dancing on Bay Street for the amusement of many of our equally obese politicians like roly-poly Davis? The cruise ship companies and the port should be footing the entire bill for all of this Junkanoo foolishness, both seed money, prize money and crowd control/security costs. After all, they are the ones primarily responsible for downtown Nassau having been turned into the decrepit ghost zone that it is today.

Hopefully the struggling poor people in the very neglected Englerston constituency can now see where Glenys Hanna-Martin thinks her bread is best buttered.

The average Englerston voter can only dream of ever be able to enjoy the kinds of riches Hanna-Martin has just bestowed on members of the Bahamas Union of Teachers with Davis's blessing.

Boogie-eyed Kwasi has a hollow voice to say the least. No one is giving anything he says the time of day, and rightfully. Hopefully the voters in his constituency come to their senses by the time the next national general election rolls around.

Most of us who post comments on this website know you've always been a big believer in 'two wrongs make a right'. And that makes you a shining example of all that's wrong with supporting a political party above all else in our country today.

You're as politically warped as they come and you will therefore never understand how that has seriously handicapped your ability to discern right from wrong. Put another way, you're as politically confined and boxed-in as they come and, as a result, your posts to this website actually do more harm than good for the PLP. LOL

The likes of Snake and Sebas Bastian probably would not exist in a society of predominantly well-educated and hardworking Bahamians. Scoundrels and thugs like them only survive and thrive in dumbed-down lazy societies dominated by corrupt senior government officials who are more than willing to corruptly reward them for who they are as opposed to what they know.

Snake would have never been knighted had the British monarchy known all there is to know about him. Small wonder knighthoods mean so little today, much like all of the two-bit QC lawyers who are changing their business cards to replace QC with KC. LOL
