Why doesn't Sands cast his mind to doing something about our failed public health system? Oh, I forgot...like Darville, he's completely incompetent in that area too!
Thanks to our corrupt, unjustly enriched, and elitist political ruling class, we have an awful lot of destitute and very hungry people in our country today who are willing to endure just about anything in the hope they will at least get one free meal. Sad, but true.
The Tribune's editorial staff can put whatever political spin of whatever political flavour they may like on it, but most sensible thinking people know precisely why there are no longer any cookies in the NIB cookie-jar.
And the civil workforce should also be greatly concerned with the fact that successive governments over many decades have failed to ensure their pension plan funds were anywhere near adequately funded. Today, those pension plan funds are pretty much just another shining example of cookie-jars with too few cookies.

"10 thousand illegals".......you must be kidding! Try upwards of 80,000 if you include all of their illegal offspring. Many illegal Haitian women who have been in our country for many years haven't had a single year in The Bahamas when they weren't pregnant.
Then again, many of the illegal nationals occupying our hospital beds may have been 'vaxxed' on multiple occasions. Our government in conjunction with the paho/who went out of its way to 'vax' as many illegal nationals in our country as possible, at great financial cost to Bahamian taxpayers.
And of course, your elitist friends of the PLP persuasion, who constitute a large part of our country's corrupt political ruling class, cannot possibly bear any responsibility for our grossly dysfunctional and inadequate public health system. LMAO
Robert "Sandy" Sands needs to stop shamelessly bleating like a goat for his Chinese Communist Party masters who 'own' him and the Baha Mar property he works for.
Notwithstanding the many generous concessions the Communist Chinese friends of Sands received when they acquired (snatched) and completed the Baha Mar property development, they send Sands with cup in hand begging for Bahamians to bear an even higher portion of the total electricity billings by BPL so that the electricity costs of his foreign masters (the hotel operators at Baha Mar) are kept to the absolute minimum possible in order to subsidize their profits.
Obviously the very wealthy and elitist Sandy Sands could not care any less about the severe financial hardships the vast majority of Bahamians are experiencing today.
