The answer is ridiculous. He confirmed it was taken from the budget. The optics of this is really bad. If you take the money out it has to have an impact otherwise there would be no need to allocate any funds. I wouldn't say they shouldn't have something for the late Obie Wilchcombe, it's just of all the places to get the funding you go to that allocated to the disable. Wow! These guys ain't checking.
Just another issue to add to all the others. No one does their job. People can't take proper care of kids. It's no surprise that animals are not treated properly. In addition to the call for enforcement of animal cruelty laws, there needs to be a focus on people with dogs allowing them to just roam about terrorizing people. Also, people walking their dogs, very dangerous ones, without muzzles while having them on a leash but they are struggling to control. Often it looks like the dog is walking the owner rather than the other way around. Also, sometimes kids are walking very large dogs (Pitbulls, etc.) with no adults in sight. The dog is pretty much dragging the kid along. Extremely dangerous for others walking or jogging by.
Interesting logic. So, this justifies annihilation then? If you understand the rules of war, you don't attack civilians. These are war crimes. I'm sure you know this.
Ummm...interesting. There is no nation for the Palestinians, that's the first point. Second point, Hamas is labeled a terrorist organization. So, a nation should not be trying to outdo a terrorist group. Every Palestinian isn't a part of Hamas. It is very disturbing that you would condone the callous disregard for human life displayed by the Israelis. Even the US, the last ally that was silent, is speaking up. This is slaughter on a massive scale. Only a deranged person would think this is justified. Babies, little children, innocent women and men are all being slaughtered. Only a monster would agreed with that. The world should not sit back and be silent. nothing justifies the extermination of the innocent.
A really good letter. A brief history lesson fir those who don't know much about that region. A lot of people, particularly in the West, don't have a good grasp of what's happening there. Thankfully, a lot of people are seeing what's happening and are, in their way, speaking up. It's important for all of us who are good to speak up for those who can not fight for themselves. The innocent poor people of Gaza needs the entire world to condemn Israel in the strongest terms for the atrocities committed. No one would fault them for responding after the October 7th attack. However, the innocent blood of Palestinians can not be the "eye for the eye" or the "tooth for the tooth".
I strongly suggest you study history. Clearly you have no understanding of what's going on here. Annihilation is not bringing justice ti anyone harmed on October 7th. If you understood anything about the ongoing conflict and what's happening now your response would be one of condemnation. If you read anything at any point over the years, you would know Hamas is labeled a terrorist organization. All Palestinians are NOT Hamas. There are many Palestinian leaders who push for a peaceful response to the land conflict. If the Israeli government seeks to one up Hamas, wouldn't that make them terrorists. As the writer stated, Israel can do what it has always done, a targeted attack against those responsible. The response now is deliberately designed for carnage. The callous killing of innocent civilians. If you were in the Palestinians shoes you would have a clear understanding. As stated at the beginning, learn the history before you make these nonsensical statements.
Another trip down censorship lane! If an idiot is given a chance, he or she has to act based on his or her programming. Therefore, they have to be an idiot.
The PM hasn't done a good job. He has exacerbated certain situations such as increasing the size of the Public Service, hiring additional consultants all while the country is unable to.balance it's budget. Crime is also a picture of his failure. But, to be fair all PMs.have failed on crime and on balancing the budget. What is.worse here is that he gave the impression he had the answers.
On the writer's point of foreseeing the US travel.advisory against the Bahamas, everyone knows this happens when crime spikes or if there is some other major event that is deemed to have a negative impact on their citizens. You don't to think to hard to figure this out.
The letter ends in a political plug. So, it's basically a.free ad. I don't think I saw this before. Just a tip for everyone trying to run for office, simply pointing out mistakes doesn't lead to good leadership. Too many politicians get to office pointing out mistakes and saying they have a solution. Anyone can do that. The proof of leadership is having a sound plan and a vision. The last leader with a vision was Sir Lynden. These days we struggle to find decent managers and it's proving very difficult to find them. I think the Right Honorable Hubert Hubert Ingraham was perhaps the best of the most after Sir Lynden. The test of them added together including current PM hasn't amounted to the cost of a daily newspaper.

Just to be clear, if I understood your earlier comments, you are advocating genocide. That's heavy and quite disturbing.
