A moratorium on Conch harvesting and real regulation after a long period of time to allow the species replenish itself is long overdue. This must be one of the government's prime objectives.
New Providence is already overcrowded. The communities that could and should be developed in other islands and a moratorium placed on any further destructive developments on New Providence.

It will not rust, corrode, expand and crack with salt incursion and though slightly more expensive well worth the difference in structural integrity and longevity.
