Give others (privately owned radio stations) the ability to use A.M. (Amplitude Modulation ) frequencies so that they will reach far flung islands that their licenced F.M. (Frequency Modulation) transmissions won't reach.

According to the Jones Act of 1937 sand and aragonite and other materials can only be brought into the US on a US registered vessel. Aso, these people have absolutely no idea what goes inro the production of these materials, - they rely upon half baked research and have these pie in the sky dreams of sugar plums none of which is based on reality.
People have made so many half baked assumptions regarding the Aragonite industry. This is the problem with people who absolutely think that what they might see on their screens is the God's truth. The social platforms are able to spread anything to the gullible - and they actually believe it.
