These positions must be rotated so that no one becomes too comfortable with the position and swayed by the cruise companies personal enticements. The straw market should become a straw market again and knock off bags and Cuban carvings banned entirely. Police must disallow hair braiders, hustlers, hookers and hawkers from destroying what could be an enjoyable excursion for cruise ship passengers. They are a large reason why people do not get off the ship while in port.
