say it as it may the only people being treated unequally in the Bahamas is the very same low class residence residing in the Bahamas. Speaking about equality why not give each and every citizen in the Bahamas a fair chance of life why is it that in 98% of the cases the citizens are being put last deep in the back way in the darkness. Before we consider about equal rights we need to fight for our own rights living in the Bahamas. it's shame that us citizens are being discriminated so badly we barely have rightsto walk or go any where in the bahamas, our freedom of speech has been taken away from from in years to come with the Bahamas going at this rate where would the people of the Bahamas be? we are fastly being whipped back into slavery and dictatorship not even seeing the outcome but instead of fighting for peace and love and our rights we are exploding over bills that won't even benefit half of the Bahamian people.
If i can recall DPM Davis promised faithfully that light bills would be decreasing and to prove that assumption we all must take a look at our light bills this was told on national TV. But if the majority of residence residing in the Bahamas are having challenges paying light bills what make BPL think that increasing light bills will cause the people to pay then?
why havent anyone tried to challenged same sex marriage act if the gates are already opened? maybe if we have a fair public knowledge most people would not be as confused as they are. surely if you add no discrimination into the constitutional this would no doubt have to bring new changes to the law and if sex is a male OR female but not a male and female if a male willing to marry a male or female wanting to marry a female wouldnt the constitutional grant them legal rights because rather they are a male who wants to get marry or a female they can not be discriminated being marry base on the sex that they are? sex being define as a male or a female clearly and no doubt mean rather your a male or rather your a female it would be unlawfully to discriminate, but if it rejects sex to be of the same sexual organs based at birth then we would surely know that gate wouldnt be opened.
well said, we the people need to hear both the pros and cons of these bills we dont need to just hear yes vote but give us a fear honest understanding and debate give each sides eqaul rights to spread the word and if most people favors yes or no the would vote. but to use our children and equal rights for a referendum to grant citizenship is kinda disappointing we the people just need the honest truth and for government to respect out intelligence and not always look as us as D averages. Vote not o influences but clear your minds ad vote on what you think is right and best for the Bahamas and our future.
this whole FNM chaos has been annoying from the break look at the PLP a Government group that stays together strong even at their worst but the FNM ....smft...if a quarter rolls on the floor the whole party goes amock and at war against each other. Even if DR. Minnis feels his members feel that he's incapable he should start now by making an example out of this outrageous none sense and show the people he tolerates no unruly behavior
if men and women should have equal rights why if a male signs for a child and could lawfully prove that the child is his own why havent an constitutional bill place that states a man having equal rights to his lawfully born child just as a woman has the same rights? why are men being force to pay child support and not being giiven equal rights time spent with his own child? why is it that the woman holds majority rights to the child when men only can see their child every other weekend? why are men being force out their homes by the court but still has to pay full support for that very same home he was kicked out of act
so if sex isnt define in the constitutional as male or female and because it isnt define why havent anyone challenged the courts aginst the ruling of being married to the same sex why havent that gate yet to be open. why cant the Government just simply change the wording of the forth bill so that it can bring peace and comfort to many voters who fair bill 4. Is the Government really wasting the people time?

questionable, what is really going on in the FNM is it that everyone is power greedy or do one side actually mean good?
