That is finding a way to get Bahamians living aboard to be more engaged in the development of this country. There are many persons like the deceased living aboard.Highly educated and accomplished in their fields.
All efforts should be expended to collect those funds.The list of all persons who are delinquent should be printed and the amount outstanding.I am tired of being made to pay through taxes for the folly,mismanagement and outright theft of the state's resources.

NAD is owned by the government of the Bahamas. It's parent company is the Airport Authority. That is why all its' board is appointed by the government of the Bahamas except the board seat held by Vantage.
i have no problems with the establishment of a Bahamas based international lottery.When i made that comment,I was thinking about countries like Antigua and St.Vincent. They are smaller countries than the Bahamas and they have lotteries
