If the project fails everyone will suffer a lost. Her family is caught in the middle because of their investment. The bigger issue is our politicians have leveraged this country so heavily to the Chinese and so many have received personal favors that objective moral & business decision making for the best interest of the country is not happening. Let's face it, China is now running the show. The u.s bankruptcy courts was the best objective option to move this project forward, now all we have is a total mess and compromised individuals in leadership with no integrity that are suppose to be decision makers and address the problem.

Any required work other than upper management or contract work beyond 40 hrs must be compensated with time or pay, especially involving the people who protect us. Pay the cops, in fact raise the standards for hire and pay them more, they protect our lives. Take the money from political budgets of our politicians, more than enough to cover the cost.

It's is at a point in this country where even your own family will canabalize you when u try to uplift them... Time to move on...

Its the preacher man & the politicians that has kept many broke, poor, and uneducated. In poor neighborhoods churches are abundant, yet crime and poverty are high. Just pray about it is the words that are used to comfort the suffering, but we all know that faith without works is useless. Tired of these people.. I'm going to start a church and minister reality... The message will be about self empowerment through education and economics. Sitting on ones ass, begging the ski would be completely discouraged. This is a time for business minds to come together to find real long term solutions to serious problems..

Citizens are taking justice into their own hands, notice that even when there is a group of people a particular person is usually shot or someone gets shot by mistaken identity. There is nothing random about any of this mess except for robbery and many times that can be a set up of a target.

Go into any supermarket in Nassau and look at the prices for healthy food items. All the processes unhealthy sweets, cookies, cakes, lab made items are more affordable and all the healthy lean meats, vegetable, grain breads cost a fortune. Look at the price of McDonald's burger king pizza hut etc vs establishment selling healthy food items. Not to mention side vendors selling greasy fritters, fried chicken, crack counch with fries. Now invision more technology, price inflation and increased crime that keeps people inside from walking around getting excercise and stressed out. Add in that many of our people are ignorant or just ignore nutrition, and proper medical care. It's sad but until we wake up and start growing more of the healthy food we need making it more affordable the obesity will only get worse.

The Chinese are ruthless, they are doing the same thing in Africa, and sucking all of their natural resource to feed the great vampire. They bribe there politicians, build them cheaply constructed hospitals and stadiums. Same game, different country.

Karl marx, " Religion is the Opium of the masses It is used by the oppressor to make people feel better about the distress they experience due to being poor and exploited". I agree with karl Marx as is evidence by a church on almost every corner in poor high crime areas.

Churches are for Religious People what's the point. Religious ceremonies to get married in church are only symbolic of that persons faith and are not required to get married. No government is going to force any church to marry anyone, wont need to churches like money, some may resist but there is always multitudes of the willing. The real marriage is the contract between 2 people and the state. That has more to do with establishing a corporation. That's it, when u get married u have just incorporated with someone, it is a business. Marriage existed long before Jesus came. Its was a business decision among wealthy families or tribes to control wealth, land rights, assets, in certain family circles. Archaeological Artifacts across Africa, Europe, america and Asia can be found which many believe predate the church, bible, and organized religion. My point is the church doesn't own marriage, so if gays want to get married they will have the state do it, or a church that i am sure is more than open to take $$$$. Personally I think gays are crazy to want to take part in such a archaic institution as marriage, many argue that the institution itself is primitive in terms of the modern world. With social media and everyone working outside the home, infidelity is high and commitment is low, so divorce is high. In the mid 70's the no fault divorce was instituted in the U.S and the divorce rate soared. For no reason a spouse could leave one day with 50 plus percent of your assets or more. I have even seen people with 30 years in get divorce especially after the kids leave because they just are not the same people and in this selfish world we live in its all about the individual. Men especially are getting married later because of fears of losing their kids and money in court if the relationship does not work out or see no value in it. The average age now is around 28-30. I support marriage only for the benefit of children because studies show that kids from married homes become better more productive adults, but I think economics, education and environment are the main factors. In the end we as a nation have to many problems to concern ourselves with or worry about adults wanting to get married or which gender they marry. Many of our people are behaving like savages killing and maiming each other every day, we don't have the luxury to sit around worrying about this.
