Tal, is it too much to hope for? that you stop writing foolishness. That is why the Prime MInister has a Press Secretary. Come on, please! Grow the F... up!

Come on sheeprunner12! You just explained your "seething hotbed of nefarious activities" going on in Cat Island. It's not a matter of stepping on my corn, but of telling the truth. From reading your postings daily, I came to expect better of you - guess I was wrong.

Birdie, you are hopeless. I can't respond to your meaningless ramblings. One of these mornings you will wake up and realize that your beloved PLP party is no more. So long, bye bye!

It is a crying shame that so many of you her are simply blinded by your hate of the FNM government, and probably overly jealous of PM Minnis, that your lack of compassion, and stingyness, has gotten the better of you. I would certainly like for someone to point out the "masses of starving Bahamians". Where are they? Please stop hiding behind these made up "masses", and say what you really mean. For some insane reason, some Bahamians think that they are better off than many of their Caribbean neighbors. This is a lie straight from the pit of hell.

I fully understand now why we are considered a backwards country, existing on some rocks in the Atlantic Ocean. It is unbelievable that so many don't understand that it is our civic duty, as a member of the international body, and Caribbean community, to do more than sit idly around a keyboard criticizing those trying to make a difference. When Cuba, and Venezuela, are stepping up to the plate, despite their economic situations, and making a difference in those peoples' lives, what is wrong with the Bahamas lending a helping hand? Prime Minister Minnis should be commended for leading the way. The only worthy response to his efforts should be: how much can we do?.

@sheeprunner12. Since I happen to call Cat Island my home, I can attest to the fact that your knowledge of Cat Island is terribly lacking. Cat Island is very serene, and far from the "seething hotbed of nefarious activities" of which you write. Cat Island has one of the lowest crime rate in the archipelago. This is the first murder reported here in about 5 years. You should be a bit more responsible in your posting, unless you don't care about truthfulness and accuracy.

Three Clinics and $14,000,000 would have been a colossal waste of money for Cat Island at this time. Like many other promised projects, these clinics were never going to be built - just another pre-election gimmick for us gullible Cat Islanders.

Thank you MS for a really thoughtful, and thorough denunciation of MP McAlpine He deserves every word of it for an ill-conceived presentation that added nothing to the debate except to show his callous disregard for the plight of others while disrespecting his leader. I am sure that he didn't take a poll of his constituents (maybe his church members), and was speaking from his own selfish shallowness. May God have mercy on his soul.

Bradley Roberts needs to shut up and sit small. His era is over, and the sooner he recognizes this, and governs himself accordingly, the better for his party.

CatIslandBoy says...

I hope the PM sees McAlpine for who he really is and revokes the chairmanship of the Hotel Corporation from him. He doesn't deserve it, and definitely shouldn't be trusted.

Bradley Roberts is just doing what he has always done best - stirring up controversy where there is no basis in fact. The PM Minnis said that he spoke to Mr. Campbell who assured him that he does not have a Haitian passport. I believe those two men over any lying PLP.

On PM insists Campbell no dual citizenship
