Actually the death penalty is in full effect. The Bible did say, if a man takes another man life his life will be required of him. It never said who will be the executioner. Governments and laws are setup so that executions are carried out in a lawful and civilized manner. When governments refuse to exercise the right to execute then it is done in the manner we are currently observing.

I am a typical John Doe and at this juncture I absolutely have no opinion on Mr Minnis leadership. How do I determine if he has a connection with me or the lack thereof by the few times I hear him in parliament. In this day and age if you put an arrest warrant for murder in the public domain its equivalent to a death sentence.

The problem could be solve quite easily. Put a supervisor in the tower from 9pm until....You can't expect people to work overtime without compensation.
