Great PR work here. but the reality is completely different. Yes the key locations for governance are now restored, but not a single residence or business has power except the grocery store Maxwells. Its not an emergency or anything, no huge rush to get this done. Its ok, people can spend another $30 a day for gas to power their home for another 6 months. The 10 guys working on the power in Abaco went on vacation for 3 weeks for the holidays, again it is ok, this isn't an emergency we can wait another 6 months or longer for electricity to be restored. Like it easy tings, not problem to pay mortgage on broke up house and rent in Nassau same time. no problems there. 134 days and BPL have put in like 134 poles, good job well done. Still ain't no one got power...
Meanwhile in Marsh Harbour, the work restoring utility poles came to a screeching halt for 3 weeks for the holidays. But that's ok, its not an emergency or anything, we can wait another 8 months.
I've heard that every NGO that comes here has to come with plenty palm grease. I never heard anything else from the PM when he said he would investigate the claims. nothing but crickets on that topic... ;0
is getting in bed with chinese to sell off the bahamas fish stocks is success, is that the kind of success we want here in the bahamas? asking for a friend.
um... godson have you spoken to anyone who had land issues with Franky, like down in what's that area in south New providence again? Pinewoods? And if success by not so honest means is still success, then yes he is very successful.
How many of these opponents commenting are employed by the liquor industry the pharmaceutical industry or the gambling industry or big business prison or lawyers who make lots of money off of putting people behind bars or getting them out from behind bars.
and yet the stinking PLP going to get voted back in again to fleece away more of the people's money. at least the mall is actually useful not just a way to blatantly siphon cash off the government books. There is this crazy concept of "Value for Money".
