Umm its not gay people causing families to break up. Its the culture we have of sweethearting. But the Christian Council doesn't seem to care about that and nor do most people over here.

The happenings of parliament are on TV if anyone is bored enough to watch those supposed honored men and woman talk the same idiotic items they talk about each time (normally well the other side did it so therefore so can we). Maybe they should ban that, even better just ban the parliament and save the people the money, as all the parliament does is rubber stamp, they are of no use really.

If $37.50 rent per week is too high due to the lack of sales, maybe its because there are too many stalls? Consideration should be done to cut the number of stalls so those who are there are able to make a living as they claim they are not able to do. Also if you don't pay the rent, how do you expect to be able to demand the facilities are maintained? Government should not waste one more dollar on the straw market, rather turn it over to the straw market association on a free lease but leave them to maintain it. If they don't close it down.

Yes hypocrisy is found everywhere. But most hypocrites do not demand we do stuff because the bible says so, whilst ignoring those items in the bible which tell us not to do stuff we do. If the church wants us to all live according to the bible then they should demand its according to the whole bible and not cherry pick (unless i missed the part in Sunday school where it says you are allowed to cherry pick)

The people who run the church are hypocrites. The bible says many things that you should and should not do. To these people gays are the only one to take note of. They don't care about all the sweethearting in the country, about all the illegitimate children being born, even though these are all items you are told not to do in the bible, and these are the things that have led to many of our social ills.. All they are currently doing is losing more and more people from their churches. Sure the older generation still turn up all the time, but the younger ones are turning up less and less, and its mainly because of these types of hypocritcal stances.

WTO does not mean free movement of people. If it did then the US would not be able to say no to other WTO members citizens coming in (Haiti, Mexico and pretty much everywhere else except here).

Elsewhere in the world they would try to pedestrianize the area as much as possible with trees etc for shade. They would also have safe parking at the entrance which would encourage people to come. Here, nope lets have you crammed into a building with car fumes constantly being breathed whilst you get to listen to the sound of a generator. Also don't stay too long as if you need a number 1 you may as well go in the sea and if a number 2, well you out of luck. The reason people don't go to potters cay is not because they can't park right outside, and the sooner the vendors realize this the quicker they can see more customers.

Oh boy you know an article like this will bring out the hypocrites and so called religious nuts. I am fairly sure the bible does not say read the whole of this and then chose those parts you agree with and ignore the rest. The bible clearly states there should be no sex before marriage, and yet over 50% of children born are out of wedlock. The bible says we should not commit adultery, and yet we all know married people who are sweethearting. Until we commit to the bible 100% we can't cherry pick what to listen to. but if we do commit please let me know as i would like to open a stone shop as plenty people sweethearting going to have to get stoned and i'll get rich quick.
