Not a simple solution but the best one would be to actually invest in a proper land registry. The one that Governments talk about every now and then but once they realise what it would do to the lawyers fees and the people who are able to use the quieting act they then stop.

Will put money on this meaning we shall see more of the woman who work there paraded into court. But will never actually see the owners nor the people they have paid off (up to the time they stopped, hence the raid) paraded into court.

yes there needs to be night entertainment, however if that means loud music being blasted out at 2 in the morning for all to hear within 5 miles of the event, and or their windows vibrating with the music, then no this does not need to happen. Why we can't party without the music being heard miles away is beyond me.

There is a time and place for discussing how and why things happen. An article saying that 28 people died in the last day or two is not the time.

Wow 28 people have died and most comments are about how the sloop (or sailboat) got this far. No Condolences or RIP's to those who have passed. Shameful

Surely Customs can check the price online now to see what the rough selling point is. A bit like they use the blue book for cars. If someone is considerably lower then investigate. First check the online records in Florida for who owns that company and then go further into it. This would take about 10 -15 minutes up to having to look further into it. If you then do find a company guilty fine them and the owners to within an inch of their wealth. This would then cause others to think twice.
Or just do like now and have them pay what they should have paid, so they can then pocket all the extra they made over the year and laugh at us.

In Britain you only pay back once you earn over a certain amount. Therefore if the education did not result in you achieving a higher income, you don't pay it back.

Are those wealthy corporations and individuals not paying items they are obligated to pay? No. No one forced these students to take loans out, but they did say when you take a loan out these are the repayment terms. Which the students agreed to at the time and now do not. As it is all that has happened is it has ruined the student loans for the next generation.
