Obviously they will need to get rid of the principle, however at the same time they should also get rid of these teachers. Then start with a clean slate.
If they want to make more people adopt it make it cheaper for the merchants to use then credit cards are. Credit card fees are killing merchants and central bank has done nothing to reduce those. Merchants will go with whatever costs less but still keeps sales.

Are they keeping the mask mandate for Kids to try coercive parents to vaccinated them before they will get rid of the mandate. I have heard that they have allowed some schools out west not to wear if enough kids are vaccinated.

the whole idea of VAT is that it is charged on the full amount. That amount would include cost of good, duty and the profit the store makes (to be used to pay their bills) and as such VAT should be charged on duty. It would be a nightmare for companies to split what the VAT is charge upon and would probably end up meaning more costs passed on to the consumer.
