We appreciate the initiative but 15 storeys is too much DR. Brown, 8-10 storeys should be enough. If we have any sensible planners on that council it will be rejected.
No reliable public transportation + high density residential development+ old narrow historic road made for 1920s car, horses, and Bikes = Traffic Nightmare.
I mean we should be going up not outward and build denser but 15 storeys is to much. How about 10 or 5 stories. Even Europe doesn't do such crap and they have millions of people and money galore.
Furthermore, 400+ parking lots for who, will their be bus services, is the building safe for hurricane survival (structurally and livability), If power is out will people be force to walk up the whole way, what about water shortages. Is this gonna be affordable housing or luxury housing.
We have hundred of old run down historic buildings that need a face lift we dont need a 15 storey tower at collins avenue.
So you saying that these cruise companies and Atlantis are struggling to pay tax. Please search up what a corporate tax is. Any tax that targets regular and small or medium business isn't a corporate tax.
