I appreciate the message. However, without more facts on your efforts my first impression is you are using your paper - which is your right - to wage a pr war in election time - pulling on some touchy/ inflammatory tropes - because u are not getting that which you want.

Some countries have health visas or you have to show a pcr test no older than 3 days. Maybe some ppl are still hesitant to travel…hassle may be a factor but I don’t know if I was a person concerned with covid - going to jam up Nassau, where my embassy has probably informed me the hospital is full etc is enticing. I mean I see some Japanese protesters on the news asking for the Olympics to be cancelled because of covid. I don’t know if you can just chalk it up to the online form being a hassle.

Yeah, pretty much. You should be familiar given that you participate in disparaging others who you do not know, never met, who have also been a “nice guy” to other daily on this platform because it’s your opinion. I doubt his property was the one untouched piece of hallowed ground after the hurricane, he obviously was getting something out of it.

Just try and separate your need to make everything racial political and personal. It’s business. You should similarly advocating for bahamian slum lords who take the insurance money and leave tenants in garbage buildings, business who take the insurance and never reopen, the businesses and employers who owe nib etc.

Your effeminate tendencies and delusions of intelligence and grandeur are grow more pronounced each day. Your dissatisfaction with your life and general lack of success is implied everytime you feel the need to launch, that which you deem to be sarcastic wise cracks, at strangers online.

I don’t know seems like some info is missing, I don’t know. So did you volunteer your property residents without any condition that x, y, z will happen and our now asking the govt to clear your property with public funds so you can begin construction and our suggesting the govt and public should pay for this because it will create jobs?

Also, we know who the squatters are… probably the local employees and laborers

Hoda says...

Might not be needed. However, not uncommon in particular this region. If you have travelled anywhere other than USA you may have encountered the alternatives which have been quarantine or show proof of insurance and the ability to pay for your care if you happen to get sick or requirement to purchase travel insurance.

Investors walk away everyday. Big and small. You took the airport and land back in the normal course what else would happen? We’re they suppose to leave a profitable business behind for you

Hoda says...

It’s irrelevant at this point. Further wasn’t that part of the reason you advocated that the airport be seized. You took an asset that you knew was not profitable, the prior owner flat out said it’s not profitable, take it. Furthermore, that what you do when someone breaches the agreement or is in breach. The point is you knew, everyone knew the airport wasn’t profitable. …my point is do you think the lack of airlift and profit to an island 25 minutes away from Florida could have something to do with the lack of events, interest and attractions. You’ve taken the airport now address the problems since the devils are no longer in picture
