I don’t think CCA will care one way or the other about the outcome of this case. The facts are that they wanted Bah Mar and they now have it. If they ya tried to do this project from ground up they would have had to overcome many hurdles. So instead they created s crisis and took advantage of it. As for CCA not being able to meet the court judgment , remember this company is part owned by the state of China. And they definitely are not short on cash, at least not right now.

Again you letting your unharnessed hatred before Bahamians and despise for anything Bahamian get the better of you. And it is further limiting your limited capacity to think straight or sensible. Go read Sarki’s lawsuit and even in your idiotic thinking you will see that it is based on actions or inactions of CCA prior to the government of the Bahamas becoming involved. Now at a later dat Sarkis may decide to go after Christie them but right now you battling on your own. Dummy

Don’t be surprised if China Construction America (CCA) tries to reach a pre/trial settlement with Izmiliran. Under US law, when a case proceeds this far, the trial is just a matter of procedure and to see how much damage was done and what the relief (judgment) should be. And if there is damning evidence documented or that will be testified against CCA, they do themselves no favors by going to trial. In fact they may make the settlement in Izmirilia’s favor more severe on themselves by knowing they did create breeches, showed no remorse and was not willing to settle even after their wrongdoing was exposed. But once lawyers are involved they will try prolong their time on the payroll at their clients expense. As for the Christie administration ‘being exposed ‘, this is very doubtful. Remember the case is about matters that occurred before the Bahamian government became involved and unless Izmirilin intends to show the government complicated matters and/or increased his losses, the government involvement has no bearing on the case as far as his claim is concerned.

Apparently, the public was not as hungry to share in Sebas success as he expected, especially the high-value persons and institutions. No doubt it wasn't because the venture is not profitable (7-10% returns in this economy is a blessing). So is it that persons did not want to have any dealings with Sebas when it comes to business and investing or it that persons are wary of investing in a company involved with gambling?

Our leaders must adopt the policy of Donald Trump and attack a problem at its source. Find out where the guns coming from (we already know) and threaten that government with sanctions. I did say *threaten* them with .sanctions. Well maybe the government can get Donald Trump to threaten them

51:9-13 New International Version (NIV)

9 Awake, awake, arm of the Lord,
clothe yourself with strength!
Awake, as in days gone by,
as in generations of old.
Was it not you who cut Rahab to pieces,
who pierced that monster through?
10 Was it not you who dried up the sea,
the waters of the great deep,
who made a road in the depths of the sea
so that the redeemed might cross over?
11 Those the Lord has rescued will return.
They will enter Zion with singing;
everlasting joy will crown their heads.
Gladness and joy will overtake them,
and sorrow and sighing will flee away.
12 “I, even I, am he who comforts you.
Who are you that you fear mere mortals,
human beings who are but grass,
13 that you forget the Lord your Maker,
who stretches out the heavens
and who lays the foundations of the earth,
that you live in constant terror every day
because of the wrath of the oppressor,
who is bent on destruction?

The flow of automatic assault weapons came about as a result of the US’s FAST and furious operations where hundreds of these weapons went missing. And around that very same time they started to show up on the streets in The Bahamas, Jamaica Cuba and in Mexico. Every diplomatic pouch does not carry diplomacy and, like other countries, the Bahamas must start gathering intelligence on diplomats operating in this country and deal seriously with any found operating outside our laws. Not because one is a diplomat from another country means his intentions are pure.

Brent symonette was doing the country no favors when he claimed to be doing the country public service. On every occasion it became patently clear he was lining his pockets and paying himself well for whatever service he did. He came from a rum running family and he has proven time and time again how capable he is of operating outside the laws of the country and benefiting financially and substantially from it. And even though he has resigned, he still has $257 million worth of government contracts to be paid with the people’s money. The cabinet should also be held accountable.
