Yes, absolutely true. I wonder if we should start to remove the eyes from babies after they are born? If they are never able to see, then as their lives incur infinite lockdowns - the effect will be less depressing because they won't know what they are missing. Outside? What is outside? Blue sky? Mountains? Ocean waves? Sports stadiums? They won't miss any of those things. Perhaps a way of dealing with depression caused by lockdowns that in some cases, it has been said, has led to suicide? You could have noticed that for a year now. Same phrases, same timing of lockdowns and openings and vaccine availablity - all of it. Continue to observe.
