If there is a God then surely he must take action against these crooks. Yes people go to bed hungry, without electricity and yet we have Fitzgerald trying to use his position to gain the lions share of Bahaimar business and another getting $5000 a month paid into his US bank account. What else will we find out ?

OMG says...

So the money is paid into a US account but Nygard has a foreign currency account in the Bahamas. So there has to be a paper trail of the transfers of money from the US to the Bahamas with the accompanying fees. Additionally ask him to specifically name the recipients of the cash donations . Obviously a pay off otherwise why make it $5000 a month and not one large donation. And still some PLP's follow like little sheep , these Ministers who are living like royals .

OMG says...

He better get a move on then.

Biggest complaint I hear from tourists is the staggeringly high cost of food. How can anyone justify $10 for a gallon of milk or $6+ for a cauliflower. The politicians don't realise this and continue to heap taxes on already high import costs. Bear in mind also the duty charged on imports automatically rose in line with increased imported product costs and therefore the governments income always went up. Ministers would be well inclined to take note of the exodus of winter residents dissatisfied with high costs, poor service and irregular basics like electricity and water. One example is Eleuthera where the number of properties for sale is staggering.

In a nutshell that is probably the leading factor especially when a Cabinet Minister tries to take the lions share of work . I am waiting to see the PLP erect billboards on the roundabouts clearly showing how many murders have happened under their watch and why they failed as promised to solve this problem. After all they did it prior to the last election and blamed the FNM.

You have to question B Strachan's mud comment when schools have been renamed, some clinics refurbished, land cleared for a so called mini hospital in Eleuthera,Bahaimar opened to free guests , more sudden hirings just before the election. Talk about Hypocracy.

There is no integrity on the part of the PM when a member of his cabinet has clearly violated thel law of the land and obviously wants the lions share of available work but is not punished. He is a disgrace as a Minister of Education when caught out publicly lying and setting such a bad example to the teachers and children he lectures to ?
