Exactly! If some of these officers weren't involved in supplying contraband then this wouldn't be an exercise. The innocent officers probably don't mind being searched as it makes sense during these times.
MadHatter are you insane!!! What an astonishingly ignorant message you are sending. Yes, we have big fish to fry but this woman seems to be in training for a drive-by shooting. To know there are people driving around with handguns and practicing shooting at things is terrifying to me. Maybe this is common place for you???
I agree in principal, but my fear is that the cruise lines can and will make it so grandiose and large that tourist will spend the few hours they have inside the complex and many will not have the energy or urge to venture out. The cruise lines know how valuable and lucrative the property can be. If the cruise lines do win the contract the government must ensure that the exits to bay street are clearly visible and have that the tourists have VERY direct through access.
It's good to know that the cruise lines are getting their panties in a twist over this; as it shows just how valuable this project is. Government needs to recognize this and know that the cruise line conglomerate can certainly offer more as they thought they could get the contract by offering just the bare minimum.
It's all part of the game. The EU sets a rule and then get's one of their own to set a stricter rule to see if we bow to that as well. The bully's are waiting by the entrance and we run around the school yard jumping over walls and scooching under fences, looking for an exit.
I say close all but one of the public schools and only let the few students, who put in any effort, enroll. For the vast majority of our youth, school is just a day care center and a place to try get a piece of nooky!
But they need decent planes to do that. Those latest planes that tip over if not loaded properly (and are too small so the gang way can't reach them) we such a bad investment - almost useless. The can't even fly too high because they'll freeze up and drop from the sky.
We let tourists that come here rent motorbikes and get drunk we no questions, arrests or issues - we just stay out of their way. When we legalize ganja these same tourists are going to rent motorbikes get stoned and then drive much slower causing less harm to themselves and to people and property. Ganja will be legal everywhere (except openly in Vatican city) in the next 20 years. I suspect that we will be the very last country to legalize it - after our tourist numbers are down 90% and our church leaders grow normal brain cells.
But look at the two options we had to vote for. The people certainly picked the better option. We still don't know who was controlling Perry. The numbers criminals had a part, but the really big international players are still unknown to me.
