Delusional or not the PLP needs serious reforms. People need to have the balls to stand up and fight for what they believe in and what is right. Stop towing the line and do something.

Totontogal cut the BS. The racism in Canada and England are quite pronounced. So please don't behave as if the Bahamas exclusively has race issues. Every country has problems with race, class etc. I don't know why Smith would bring it up with the condo's problems. If its a legal issue or there is an objection to the legal process then deal with but why is it necessary to bring race into the discussion? He accuses Mitchell of using race to prove a point but he does the exact thing. They are both sickening.

Stapedius says...

Banker you hit the nail on the head. Salaries they could not make back home and nonsense that they could not get away with. I'm so sick of this back and forth between him and Fred Mitchell. Just grow up already.

What a pathetic little man. You can't take the heat then get the hell out the kitchen. Loretta is really disappointing and misguided. Whatever your plan , to appoint this fraud to the Senate is stupid to say the least. People say he's crazy or a psycho but I beg to differ. Moncur simply loves attention. He simply doesn't have the intelligence or the wherewithal to make something of his current post. But because we in the Bahamas so love foolishness we laugh and give him some credence. Pay him no attention and he will flounder.

Stapedius says...

Why won't Bradley just go away?

Stapedius says...

Pay Tal no mind Happyfly. The consistency with which he spouts bs is astounding. Never on point, with a load of tangential clap trap. Nobody cares what your political persuasion is as we realize you're all over the place. But for heavens sake can you have a sensible, straightforward dialogue which does not begin with Comrade?

Stapedius says...

His view is not populace it's sensible. Embracing the movement doesn't mean they have to meet, march together or have lunch. But the recognition that there is widespread discontent and frustration by the people of this nation is warranted. That is how you embrace people. Now the movement should be careful to not make things about personalities. Stay focused on the issues and avoid getting into spats with MP s and government officials.

Absence of a well thought out plan. They say when you dig one ditch for your enemy it's worth digging one for yourself. Loretta didn't get the memo. She doesn't know if she's FNM. Proclaims to be forming an ironclad alliance with the DNA of which the leader knows nothing of. They all capoonkle up. She needs to fade away from the media and do some ground work. Actually get on the ground in long island and stop this conjecture and fumbling. The party doesn't have to tell you anything. All she need do is get on a plane go down there and I'm sure the people will let her know one way or the other. If you were bold enough to make your move then be bold enough to face the people you represent.

On Loretta 'has not quit FNM'

What a stupid approach Mr. Miller. Why can't we develop some maturity in this country? Every discussion somehow leads to a war of words and insults. Whether the government likes it or not, the people of this nation are fed up with their bull$#!t. It's no use you trying to shout people down because it simply does not work. I'm proud of these guys for standing up and making politicians see that this country is about the people. The PLP has squandered opportunity after opportunity so they deserve a royal kicking. It's about time Bahamians get annoyed and frustrated enough to act rather than just talk.

Absolutely correct Publius. This must be put into context and more thoroughly evaluated before concluding that the vaccination schedule or administration was flawed. Of course the parents are entitled and should share their experience. My concern is that people will take this out of context and refuse vaccinations for their children wholesale. As a healthcare professional this would be most disturbing. I have advocated for years that we need significant revamping of what we do and how we do it. We have brilliant minds in our health services sector operating with little resource. This must be fixed!
