Excellent article. I know the bus system in Nassau very well and have ridden almost every route. It is a huge project to bring it into the 20th century (don't even dream of 21st).
However, you can see that the dream is impossible when we can't even get license plates for our cars and we can't even afford the upkeep of a building for Road Traffic, but instead have to go as beggars to the Chinese to allow us to put offices in the stadium.
People say they want to know where our VAT and other monies are going - but it's only talk.
