First of all - trust me - people will never receive the results. Ever.
Second - why waste all this testing effort? Just ask if any student or staff has relatives/friends in the prison and has recently visited there. Most likely place it was obtained from. In that case they should also be tested for malaria, typhoid, and chikungunya (chicken ganja) which would not be surprising.
The good news is that once their relative graduates from the Fox Hill Criminal Instruction Institute they will be able to make more money from crime and cover the doctor fees and the cost of the shots :-)
We should NOT join ever. It's not that we dont have the talent - it's that we dont want to live off of only 2 bowls of rice per day in order to be "more competitive" with the rural man in a Chinese slave labour factory who consumes 3 bowls of rice per day.
THAT is the competition. Turn off them air conditioners. You only THINK power bill high now. There aint no AC in a rural chinese factory where the workers sleep on the floor and work 16 hour days.
The real problem is the IMF will keep threatening to "blacklist" us for some unrelated tax matter (they will just keep inventing new ones) until we join. Remember matters discussed in Cabinet are forbidden by the Constitution to be disclosed in public. Britain wrote that into our plantation's supreme law for a reason.
I am impressed. I did not support the election of this govt, but this is like the 4th story in a row now showing positive progress.
If we could have monthly transparent reports showing itemized total credits and debits to our poor lonely little consolidated fund (remember the Constitution limits Bahamian slave profits to be held in only one account) - then the public will feel less disconnected from the steering wheel of our future.
Instead of $800M why don't he just borrow 8 billion one time and place an order for 400,000 slave shackles? I mean don't beat around the bush - get it over with.
Is this the same 730M (approx) they talked about needing about a month after election...or did they borrow that back then? Is so, from who did they get it? Is this that which was talked about or is this a new one?
If a new one then isnt it strange the amounts are so similar?

Ok. I think the solution here is a dictionary.
Mr Dames should look up the word "radar".
Mr Smith should look up the word "patriot".

Can anyone name a single company or individual in the last 7 years who was fined for employing an illegal? One? Just one?
Mitchell said in 2012/14 he would introduce legislation to fine employers. Never happened. So PMs threat to fine employers is without basis in law.
Someone please tell me im wrong. I hope i am.
