I had 16mb/s service via DSL, signed up for Fiber to home, took them two months to figure out how to sell it to me. Anyway, sales gal pitched the 100mb/s service as being the most popular, but I opted for the 30Mb/s, and told her that if I had 16mb/s, but never got more than 3up/.5/down, if I got 10 UP/5down with 30mbs service id be ahead. She laughed.
Install was great, the ex/BTC independent installers were great, and the service was great for all of 3 days. Waay over 100mb/s for 3 days.
I pay for 30m/s, now I'm getting 10!! #mb/s up and 3 down.
