I guess? I must say we do indeed call upon our military to do the extraordinary in unusual times. They do need to polish up the run of the mill though

Doesnt make sense to me. We're going to help them build their tourism product? And theyre going to give us a few million for the SBDC that has no rudder. I recall talking to a senior official about what entrepreneurship takes and them telling me, thats not what the SBDC is for. Ok.

If thats what she did, thats what you remember her for. children carry on a legacy but for the most part people remember you for eternity for your "works".

"*The individual under investigation is a male, foreign national who travelled to The Bahamas*"

And this is the path that all viruses and virus variants take, they hitch a ride on a traveler. As a tourist based economy it's not something we should run away from, its something we should be planning for. If we pretend as if virus are only spread by Bahamians who *cant behave*, we run the risk of reliving the Columbus experiment

Lol. Implication being... they decided not to load up with fuel required for the trip because gas was too expensive??? I suppose someone "might" chance it on a short hop but I'd be uber surprised if someone did that calculation for a long haul trip. IF and that's IF fuel were an issue (because only God knows what happened at this point), more likely that they miscalculated the amount needed or someone missed a step

I wasn't referring to anything other than your use of the quote "*speak now and sound like a fool, or stay quiet and ba a jackass for the rest of your life.* Its an inaccurate representation of the intended meaning of the saying. The proverb actually says, its "ok" to be uninformed/ignorant/foolish (all of us are on some issue), but its better to be quiet than to speak(as an authority) if you are. You implied that "intelligence" was speaking even if you are foolish. The only scenario where that applies is if you acknowledge ignorance and ask to be educated

Its neither here nor there...

Its regatta weekend. There were 8 people on board. The last thing this sounds like is a drug plane

I think you misquoted the saying, it originates from the bible

"*let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger. Even a fool who keeps silent is considered wise; when he closes his lips, he is deemed intelligent*"
