We need a leader like Trump to get things done. Everyone wants change , but they do not want to feel the pain of change. It is laziness . Which politician will tackle immigration and citizenship? Which politician will tackle a new bus system? Which politician will tackle the worst of the worst crimes leading to execution? They are all scared !!
The pm is in everything but knows nothing about certain situations when asked by reporters. He pleads ignorance when it is convenient but appears like he is on top of everything. Ok, pm, tell us about the exams deal in exuma, let me guess, you knew nothing, tell us about the uninsured contractor and the bamsi deal when you were head of the ministry… let me guess.. you were unaware. What about Covid? When you had Covid and your daughter wanted you next to her , rather than you being next to your wife and other children in the Bahamas? Oh, was it that you didn’t want to die , so you left the doctors here and seemed professional doctors? Did you have any confidence in your doctors and your medical system? Wow, how can one be a leader when one abandons his own ship ? We suffered through Covid while you ran to the USA. I know, you care for Bahamians and respect Doctors….only when it comes to elections.
Insurance companies are a scam. They try to control their payouts by apparently manipulating the system and that is wrong. They need to be investigated. They use peer pressure to control physicians, dentist and other healthcare providers. They say that fees are beyond reasonable fees. It is the insurance company that deem what is reasonable according to their bottom line. They are bullies and need to be corrected.
Yeah, need time off if my pet dies . The dad , mom and children need time off if the pet dies because the pet is a part of the family. This is a slippery slope. We will keep going down this rabbit hole.
Do the vendors have business licenses? Bathrooms? Bathroom toilets will only get clogged up from things thrown in them. Next is,” the government needs to get a plumber to fix the bathrooms “. You will need to hire a person to clean and maintain the bathrooms as well as to all facilities like this , around the island.
Wow, I have not forgotten that Bamsi’ contractor did not have insurance and the Bahamian people cost about 2 million when Brave was the minister of Works. How did a ppl operative get a contract for a building valued 2mill with hour insurance to cover him or his company? You try to get a house loan for 2 million from the bank and see if you can get it without insurance. That is terrible. No one got fired for that crap. How can someone in the PM office get a contract in exuma moorings and the PM , the CEO of finance doesn’t know anything about it. I think a lot of the population see people in government enriching themselves , family, friends and lovers and the local citizen can’t find a job. The politicians use our money to have banquets, parties, go on long trips to see the world and we get nothing but the Bills !!! You then wonder why so many people feel hopeless and the suicide rate skyrockets. There might be a correlation of hopelessness, despair and cabinet ministers having fun with the increase in suicides. We need solutions for the less fortunate.
