They need to investigate the workers at road traffic , but not like they investigated the numbers boys. They could not put a case together to get them. All they had to do was get a warrant for a camera or video and take it into sebas’s , flowers’ or fox’s place and catch them in the act. The commissioner of police could not figure out how to get them. These commissioners must be dumb or stupid or crooked.

Fish fry vendors should worry about keeping their area clean. That is the least they can do. They contribute nothing and want everything.
