Lol , comical! No one should vote until the present or the past government creates laws to address the freedom of information act, campaign finance laws, clear punishment for corrupt poli5icians , corrupt government workets , and a description of the worst of the worst are clearly described. Plliticians make laws that benefit them , not the bahamian people. Then, they want to be national heros and have state funerals at pur expense, and lavish parties that celebrate them and not us. Wr only see the pictures in the party as they eat steak. Anyway, let them eat cake.

The PM seems to be the savior. You are not doing us any favours. Campaigning for National Hero, hey?

bahamianson says...

When tbose sworn to protect , exploit.... sounds like he is describing politicians whom fatten themselves, family and lovers, then we make them National Heros, or give them titles like Sir or Madam, what a joke!!!

Why does ot take the american government to expose corruption in the bahamas. How many other crimes.are.happening in the police force, d3fense force, immigrwtion, customs that the public does not know about? Thank you America , b3cause we cannot police ourselves. We are too connect3d and corrupt. Politicians lovers , friends and famili3s are getting all the food jobs, getting all the crown land and the people get nothing but taxes, taxes. Suicide is at a high, girls getting pregnant at ypung ages, boys and men do not pay child support, and we , the people have to take care of their responsibility. What nonsense in the failing country.

bahamianson says...

Laughable, we many laws that can prevent many things if we follow the law, prosecute the politicians son, policeman's son, judge's son, or politically connected son, and send him to jail. No one follows laws , here. It is an anything goes , country with a bunch of lying poloticians.

Then , we make them national heros

If all policemen, customs officers , immigration officers, prison officers , def3nse force officers, and every government agency where investigated about the amount of money they have acquired, houses, cars, land they have acquired, we as a country, would be in trouble. We are a corrupt country, everyone is bought with a price. The people are more suprised that more have nlt been caught than just a few caught. We need the freedom of information act set in stone, campaign finance laws act, so politicians can go to jail, and the worst of the worst must be define , so we can execute offenders. The children do not have good examples to follow. Everyone fights and argues with authority from parents to teachers to policemen.

People show up to work at govetnment agencies just to show up. These people do not take their roles seriously, they just show up . No one cares about anything anymore , only raises and promotion to do nothing all day. The people cant even pass exams in order to get promotions unless helped by whomever is going to call on their behalf. We are living in a fairytale in the Bahamas.

Good, hopefully they will not abuse their girlfriends, wifes and mates. I saw a police officer in uniform driving het private vehicle talking on her cellphone. Officers are the worst offenders. They need many classes.
