Therefore businesses certainly are taxed. Of course the consumer ultimately pays for this expense, all expenses of any business are always passed on to the consumer. I know a few dozen business owners and I do not think that anyone of them is happy paying vat, mostly because of the time and expense to maintain and administer the records necessary to do this every 3 months.
