Im wid keeping the waters clean but this is a busy harbour and hundreds of boats moored east plus ever wondered what happems to all the conch slop, viscera, fish guts, skin, scales etc from Potters Cay sitting in mid channel.....
Proper sociological studies need to be condicted in these areas as the dynamics are different. What may be viewed as a status symbal and an excellent working device the expensive phone may not carry the same weight in a more affluent area...a person was stabbed recently in one of these areas over an alleged broken phone whereas someone from a more affluent area may simply not have the phone in such importance and easily buy another Group dynamics, relations between foreign migrants moving upwards into these communities etc need to also be studied ...... Long Islanders are viewed as hardworking law abiding religeous people however with the introdiction of webshop gambling it would appear that these cherished values may change..?dynamics....street smart...book knowledge...values.religion....culture,...norns mores...tabooes

The conditions that exist in the inner city despite the 2 year old data should not surprise many....as many came out of there.....in all fairness former PM Christie did try to inprove conditions through his Urban Renewal.....now kudos to Roc wid Doc who is trying his program .....
....and many do not get involved because the authorities seem unable to protect those who report criminals......ask any one their opinion on police showing up to protect you....Yes? ...
...isnt there supposed to be the most stringent controls on the public purse and even the minister was looking to find 42 .?? Million .....look at all the stringent measures and controls on govt corporations?., agencies, W&S, BEC, ...well at least now we are finding out now where it gone... Why many still remember the govt ceremony in the Square and despite stringent measures the Governor zGeneral chair gone missing!!!
...the pore people needs to have the garbage trucks pass through their neighbourhoods quarter the amount of times the garbage trucks pass through the beautiful neighbourhoods of the beautiful people, rich, famous, big shots and politicians .....!!!!
