It is quite frankly beyond belief that we are all going to sit here and do nothing whilst this man single-handedly destroys our way of life. We are a small island nation and we have nothing to offer to anyone but a few slivers of sand and sea for tourists to come and play in. We have no industries, we have no technology, we can not feed ourselves, we have to import everything that we consume and we are massively in debt and sinking into the abyss of the complete unkown. Trusting this 'one shoe fits all' external, corrupt and manipulated WHO/new world order narrative that we can lock ourselves down and save a few lives as our only option - is the most gutless course of action that our leader can take. It is not good enough. Grow some cahoonas please sir. You know darn well that the virus will never go away so long as the USA has elected to go with herd immunity. You know there is not likely to ever be a suitable vaccine. You know that the test kits are wildly inaccurate and we do not have the resources to test or quarantine any more than a tiny fraction of the population, let alone effectively monitor our borders forever SO the time to make a tough decision is now and it is not about dealing with the death of our economy. It is about making a decision to face down this virus. Protect the vulnerable and get the strong and healthy back to work. Let those who are scared stay at home. We must not wait until we are broke and weak from starvation before we are ultimately forced to come out of our homes and confront the virus.

per the latest numbers from the government on 30th April 2020

1,284 tested out of approx (350,000) population in the Bahamas = 0.0037 % (extrapolated out it will take nearly 4 years to test everyone)

Confirmed positive cases 81 out of approx (350,000) population in the Bahamas = 0.0002 %

Deaths 11 out of approx (350,000) population in the Bahamas = 0.00003 %

Estimated people out of work that are suffering psychologically and economically = no idea %

This is a clear indicator that China/WHO is manipulating the Bahamian Government. You need to do your own homework as to how China is manipulating the WHO but the fact that our very own Bahamian Government Minister of Health felt the need to make a press release going against the President of the USA regarding high-level multinational government level funding agendas right now - in this current health crisis = Kissing Chinese pn???

So based on the MOH data out today they have tested 1,100 people in 43 days.

So if 1,100 people tested out of roughly 350,000 population over 43 days = 0.0007 % of the population tested per day. This extrapolates out to nearly 4 years to test the entire population folks, just in case you are waiting for the lockdown to end anytime soon

Anybody is welcome to challenge my math BTW. If you understand data you will know how easily it can be manipulated to support a narrative versus the plain old honest representation of the facts

Like say, you have a tiny control group and you want to make it seem like the disease is really really bad so you say the number of people that have died is 14% of the 80% that have been infected

Or you could say 0.0002% of the population has tested positive and in total, only 0.00003% of the population has died

I am very suspicious that the "health experts advice" that the PM keeps referring to is the WHO. If you do a little checking online it is coming out now that the Ethiopian director of the WHO was a Marxist politburo member in the Ethiopian government before he was lobbied into his role at the WHO by the Chinese AND the US's greatest lockdown proponent, Fauci, has been economically linked to the lab in Wuhan that the virus came out of. Then be reminded that the Chinese donated millions of dollars worth of anti-riot gear to our government a couple of years ago and then ask what China would do to have an authoritarian puppet government controlling the Bahamas so that they can fish our waters and set up military bases on the US's doorstep......probably all just a big fat coincidence ?? Meanwhile, according to the Bahamas Ministry of Health numbers out today. 0.0003% of the population has tested positive and 0.00002% have died. Interesting that their narrative is that the lockdown must go on indefinitely when Covid deaths are not even coming close to the annual murder rate in the Bahamas........considering they couldn't afford more cops for that crisis ?

Dear Editor. As the government moves towards a permanent authoritarian regime, they will need to hire a lot more low-level police and soldiers to help suppress the starving masses and maintain their covid fear-based totalitarian state. Adding a large number of uneducated, poorly trained, and disenfranchised young men to the force will address this 'top heaviness' that you are concerned about. Beyond that, you should look forward to an indefinite suspension of parliament and the said young men being given the right to use their own discretion to arrest citizens and imprison persons without a trial. Why is the opposition and free press not challenging this one-man dictatorship ? Where is the church? Other countries are coming out of lockdown. Respected scientists around the world are challenging the efficacy of total population quarantine. Internationally recognized health experts are advising that we are literally doing exactly the opposite of what we should with regard to developing our own natural immunity. Statisticians are challenging the early death rate data with new, more robust global data that shows death rate percentages plummeting to levels of the common flu

How on earth are the people we rely on to provide a balanced perspective letting a single ego maniac deny every one of our basic human rights and head us full speed in the wrong direction? The rules change daily without you saying a peep. Is there not a single one of you that has the courage to ask what grounds a single individual has to completely disregard the Constitution for as long as he so chooses, based on his own scientific findings? The ministry of health is sending people home with a positive diagnosis and then testing their family members a week later and guess what, more people are infected. The government is relying on a minuscule amount of data that they are obviously manipulating to their advantage and using it to whip up hysterical fear. They are then relying on the very same group of people whom they say can't be trusted to look after themselves to give themselves the mandate to rule without any checks and balances in a potentially never-ending power play.

A $20,000 fine or 5 years of jail time for breaking a 'rule' they made up this morning without an act of parliament. What on God's earth is going on ?
