Scion of the family that cornered the groundnut business in another continent; Good, PRC Political machinations, including those of Mr. P.G. Christie, disgraced ex-prime minister of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, and un-named, (so fa)r, members of the Bahamian Judiciary,; bad.

What will happen to our country if the government workers employed at The Office of the Spouse of the Prime Minister fail to show up for work? I can only foresee an immediate national crisis unsurpassed in recent history......

A politician who embodies the saying; "All mouth and no trousers. The most significant achievement of his corruption smeared administration was to create the gambling oligarchs against the expressed wishes of the electorate. He does not deserve the ridiculously high ex-PM's pension that we have to pay him with our taxed dollars.

Yes, just so, this is just as unlawful as Pingling throwing that Mace out the window; just as unlawful as Milo Butler throwing that SandTimer out of the window, just as unlawful as the Burma Road riots, etc., etc., etc., but Good luck to all concerned.

Fill Up is striding the world stage as an acclaimed Internationally Significant World Renowned Statesman. How can any of the lessor ranks of the electorate dare to offer comment on his choice of tie, or his choice of London tailor for his impeccable suits, let alone whether or not he deserves the full 100% support of every Bahamian voter.

A little research indicates that about 5% of convictions for serious crime in the USA are incorrect. The question then becomes is it better for the state to wrongly kill one citizen or to let nineteen rightly convicted murderers spend the rest their lives in a cell with a slop bucket for company instead of executing them?

I have occasionally wondered how this columnist would have written about Sir Oswald Mosely in the 1930's, if he had been writing his column during those times; might he have supported Mosely's views on immigration from Europe perhaps?

Hi unrealthinker; this matter is not yet before the courts, as such no media house can be charged with anything short of libel; also you cannot libel someone who has shuffled off this mortal plain. You're welcome. Follow me more more useful info.....sigh....

The Pingdom years were most corrupt, .
The ending in ninety two abrupt, .
The country then enjoyed those cleaner times, .
Accountability and less government crimes. .
But all good things must reach their end; .
A different PM the voting trend. .
Will this one manage to survive the scandal? .
Or widespread corruption too much to handle. .
The electorate will determine soon, .
The piper’s colour that calls the tune. .
Sigh.
