"*Rape by basic definition the forcible taking agreement/acceptance to the sexual act on either gender, not either, on another totally against the will of the other party. #If any of either gender - without either party agreeing is forcibly against their will into a sex act of any kind does not have to be limited to intercourse or anal sex - that is Rape*"
If this definition were correct then women could also be charged with rape, and it is discriminatory that they cannot be.
Rape is a gender specific crime that involves the penetration of any orifice with a penis (natural or surgically created) without consent, or a reasonable belief in consent. If the courts really want to be just it should allow women who have unconsented intercourse to be guilty of rape as well by making is an act of sex without consent or reasonable belief in consent!
Wonder if a feminist will ever consider this argument, in the promotion and furtherance of "gender equality",
... the role of a father is undisputed and men do need to step up and do their part (as alluded to in the end of the letter), but that is not the point I was trying to make, when women abuse their male children, rather than teaching them how to respect women their actions do the opposite. Boys who love their mothers are more likely to treat women with respect. In this day and age with the easy availability of contraception, no woman has to have multiple unwanted pregnancies.
If women were to raise the standard of those they choose to lie down with, that would also go a long way to helping solve the problem; many problems in fact!! If you lie down with dogs, you get up with fleas!
these issues have nothing to do with "gender". We are a dysfunctional society where people do not respect themselves or others and many have the morality of animals. We desire civility as a society, but we do not seek to cultivate and inculcate those values that would allow us to act civilized. We are reaping what we have sown and neither the government or the police can solve this problem!
... the focus cannot be on so called "gender equality", but meritocracy. Let the best qualified person get the job. Look at Kamala Harris, a perfect "equality" candidate, but an abysmal failure due to gross incompetence!
... will the productivity and professionalism of nurses increase proportionately? Probably not. Most will still sleep through the night shifts and not pay attention to the needs of their patients!
... these kinds of brutal deaths are not accidental, and usually associated with a lifestyle or business choice people make that results in retribution. Maybe this mother did not know her own son!
