... a sad story, but every story has two sides and we are only getting one with a lot of gaps. If she is convinced there was negligence then take legal action, but these matters should not be tried in the court of public opinion, because you are allowing people who have even less facts than you do to jump to conclusions. Not helpful for anyone!

... so called "vaccinations" will not end this pandemic as shown with delta variant and the
vaccinated. The efficacy of the shots dropped from 90+% to around 40% against delta variant, not to mention the need for repeated booster shots. People are still getting infected despite the shots and because they are less sick they become vectors of spread. It is pointless having a conversation about herd immunity until people start to discuss the superior role of natural immunity in this pandemic.

... actually, 6 months is when the "vaccinated" are most likely to be vulnerable to covid because of falling antibody levels. The next wave will be among the so called "vaccinated", because that is the trend in highly "vaccinated countries". People sill do not realize they have been duped!

joeblow says...

... our healthcare system is an abysmal failure because those who lead it are incapable of independent thought, they simply copycat what other countries are doing instead of thinking about how to solve problems!! Sad!

joeblow says...

... the best anti- crime strategy is a strong, stable family with responsible parents who teach sound moral values and respect for others to their children! Learning respect for authority begins at home, and none of that has anything to do with government!

joeblow says...

... the solution is to increase the value employees bring to an employer. A functionally illiterate 21 year old with 2 children and a high school diploma realistically does not have much value to offer an employer! Increasing the minimum wage only increases employee hardship and increases unemployment as employers lay off staff and overwork those who remain!

... a call for 'shelters' is a request for money.

This country is reaping the fruit of living without moral values, self discipline and an understanding personal responsibility. When uneducated children have children with reckless abandon with no social structure, the country will be converted into a ghetto filled with angry, substance addicted abusers. We have no one to blame but ourselves, for these are the seeds we sowed!

joeblow says...

... since "land based inflation" actually occurs, then that is an automatic benefit of high net worth individuals being in the country since every person involved in the sale of all land benefits (sellers, mortgage corps, banks, lawyers etc) from these inflated prices which puts more money into circulation, not including jobs created by ongoing construction etc. This suggests your argument is a specious one!.

... covid is spread by breathing, even with masks. I wonder how many can socially distance on a plane and hold their breath for the entire trip!

joeblow says...

... physical abuse, though wrong, is only the tip of the iceberg. More people are mentally and emotionally damaged by verbal abuse. Low self esteem, depression, sexual promiscuity, attention seeking behavior, anger and acting out physically are all evidences of this.

People seem to think physical abuse is wrong but psychological abuse is irrelevant. Those people need to think again!
