Seize all of the delinquent loan properties no matter who the owners are. Politically connected family or not. If you delinquent you delinquent. The banks take the small man home's every day. The political ride over. The Gravy train has come to an end. Face the music just like the small man. NIB's high administrative cost along with the politicians using the organization as a piggy bank for gov projects, contracts and as an employment agency for friends and family is the reason for the crisis. The ILO and the IMF has issued many warnings to past administrations that this would be the result. . Whats the use having an investment committee if political interference is the order of the day.

Make the Fiscal Responsibility Bill legislation "air tight" ....so that a PLP majority gov cant repeal it..... Enshrine it in the constitution if possible and embed penalties for any government who does not follow the laws.

Crucial areas of Blockchain such as the blueprint for decentraliazation of data called a Quardrant, which enables constellation creation. Data Stamping, and Enriched Data & Services should have been mentioned. I think this speaker was trying to keep his presentation as simple as possible so as not to confuse his audience.
Blockchain technologies are being developed for Land tenure, Identity services, Electorial processes, Aid, development and many government services.
The question is will the Bahamas become a leader or will we get left behind.?. Where are the Blockchain startups in the Bahamas ?
