no system is 100% secure, in fact most o them are very dilettantic, have security vulnerabilities and so on. So it falls back on your feet finally! They actually force introduction of these electronic registers so these can be hacked at some point

Health "visa" should be abolished completely. Test result check during checkin is sufficient in 99.9% of the world, why not here.
