What about first removing the airplane wreckage that is still at the GB "international" airport in the forest? How lame is that to still have this wreck lying around there more than 2 years after Dorian?
the question rather is: why do the creditors have the money to borrow it? Why a government needs to borrow money? There is no country without debt you see what I mean?
There will be perpetual "booster-shots" until the dumbest dumbass realizes what is going on. Now use you your common sense: If 5 vaccines did not work of course you must take the 6th to finally work.

"This meant that the fees were merely designed to cover the expenses associated with operating the health travel visa."
LOL!
but did it prevent any covid case vs e.g. airline checking the covid test? Why is such evaluation not done, or is "health visa" just for creating government "jobs"
no system is 100% secure, in fact most o them are very dilettantic, have security vulnerabilities and so on. So it falls back on your feet finally! They actually force introduction of these electronic registers so these can be hacked at some point
building code must be updated and no construction permits should be issued on land with any flooding risk. If they issued such licenses then very well the government is in charge of all that mess.
last time I had to fly back from Miami I uploaded my test result on Fri about 3pm and did not get the health visa back until Monday late afternoon - for a flight Tuesday at 10AM. What the heck are they thinking? Absolute mismanagement.

Health "visa" should be abolished completely. Test result check during checkin is sufficient in 99.9% of the world, why not here.
