lack of c o m m i t m e n t are words that have been and are currently being use by the government and NIB for those Businesses that are delinquent in paying the monies collected from their employees together with their contributions to National Insurance for the future benefit of the employees, lack of c o m i t t m e n t are the same words that need to be used when NIB collected the contribution payments and fails to pay out the benefits to the retired persons because of corruption, thievery and mismanagement of funds. Seriously, who should prosecuted ????????. unfortunately for Most Bahamians NIB has and will always be used as a political tool of the government in power to advance their agenda or as a cash cow as was the case for the disastrous bank of bahamas and other money losing government agencies.. NIB has to be hands off of every Bahamian Government if NIB will serve the purpose for which it was implemented. PERIOD!!!!!.

NIB will only survive and be a benefit to the Bahamian people ( for which reason the programme was implemented) is if an established successful pension management firm is put in charged of investing and managing the peoples pension funds ,theses funds are from employers and employees and not from the government. NIB should open webshops Casino"s or a National Lottery to benefit and provide a stable and sustained pension for the Bahamian people. One of many Bahamians screwed by the NIB.

To have lost an election by the huge landslide in 2012 clearly states the Bahamian people were thoroughly dissatisfied with the Hubert " Papa Doc" Ingraham government and failed leadership.
corruption, political cronyism and dictatorship actions were at the forefront of many of the reasons for the defeat.
The dictatorial action of retroactively amending the mandated national insurance pension system and taking away the Retirement Pension Benefits of thousands of hard working Bahamians who contributed and their employers contributed to due the corruption, thief and mismanagerment of the retirement funds was with out a doubt one of the many reasons.
While he continue to live large, thousands of deserving old aged Bahamians are living in poverty. shame!!! shame!!! shame!!!

Since 2011 when Hubert " papa doc" Ingraham decided to erase and disbanded ( due to corruption, theft and mismanagement and perhaps others reasons) the well intended National Insurance Benefits Pension programme mandated and implemented by the Sir Lynden Pindling Government to assist Hard working Bahamian citizens with the mean of aa honourable Monthly pension income during their old age and live with some dignity without the financial dependency on others, for his government dictatorial agenda.
Since then the NIB has been a disservice to some of the Bahamian citizens it was intended to help and will continue to be government financial Albatross.
Employees should stand up for their rights now because most government run financial institutions are proned to failure.

Our "People's Government" has allowed these "nation termites" to conquer and control a large portion of our Poor despite people and now they are allowing the ''nation termites" to spread their fangs into the people who have been upholding our economy and Country to the mediocre present level and further eat away and destroy our country for a few Political Privileged thugs who apparently are buying and controlling our governments with large election contributions.
The monster that the previous Christie PLP government created has been allowed to grow to this stage by the FNM government that was put in place to destroy it completely. These people are following the working of every narco drug cartels, that the government members and every citizen can watch on netflix television and determine the goals of these individuals and what our Bahamas will become for our future generations.

Homeland Security need to be Proactive in safe guarding our Citizens and visitors and not reactive as they always are in saying what need to be done for the sake of good press.
The Bahamas should be sending a message to the world that any male found guilty of raping a female in the Bahamas will pee from a tube into a plastic bag for the rest of his life behind prison bars,

The Government has to Implement a National Bahamian Housing plan otherwise the Foreign and Bahamian greedy Construction Companies and Real Estate Developers will turn the Bahamas into a foreigin second home and airbnb Country.
Going forward the Government should require any home builders or real estate developers, that present plans for approval for the construction of homes with retail market prices beyond the means of a productive Bahamian Citizen to present an additional development plan for the construction of homes within the means of a productive Bahamian Citizen ( same number of units and quality of construction) before any government approvals are given.
We, as a people cannot stand idle by and allow ourselves, citizens of this country to become homeless and consequently stateless in our own God given country. Rise up and be counted!!!

There is nothing coming from this organization that represent a benefit to legitimate Bahamian Citizens and should therefore be made to change their fictitious name from Rights Bahamas to " Expectation of Unrealistic Rights for Illegal migrants in the Bahamas".
If they were truly concern for the people that they claim to represent, then they should be in the country(s) where these problems are originating and not on Bahamian soil, attempting to trash our country.

Revoke the licenses and close down all the web shops until ALL 100 percent (%) of the industry are current on the payment of TAXES due the Bahamian People.
Going forward require all web shops to place interest free Reserves for the minimum of what their taxes were for their last year with the Gaming Board. If they cannot meet this requirement then closed them down and replace them with the peoples choice, a national lottery.
Can we go into the food store and take our groceries home telling the manager we are not paying any V.AT. until we can negotiate the rate with the government. ????
