Now again all this great news for the Hard-working honest Grand Bahama citizens and ALL Bahamians across our Island Nation without Verification and proof that the people's Grand Lucayan Hotel Property has been sold and property ownership transferred to the Foreign ACTORS announcing these Repeated promises once again?????. Are we "Poppy Show" to the whole World all the time"??. When is enough, already !!

Firstly, The media need to do a property search and verify the ownership of the property and that the appropriate V.A.T has been paid on any transaction? and if any agreement to divide and sell off any portions of the property is legal ????.
Secondly, if confirmed that the ownership of the property has be transferred to the company signing all these sales agreements for the division of the property, then evidence of the sales effective date and of the $120 Million sales price for this property has been paid to the peoples treasury must be verified and confirmed.
Due Diligence need to be performed and addressed prior to any announcement on this property that has so far been riddled with Idle talk and fantasy talk by all the bad actors involved.
The hard working proud Bahamians in Grand Bahama and of all the Bahamas is deserving of the FACTS and not fantasy when it comes to their well being!!!!

Now that the Web-Shop boyz want to be the government, All tourist related projects in the Bahamas must be owned 70% (percent) by them instead of nib?? ( illegal seed money is always illegal seed money)

It's obvious that neither the Hotel or any golf course was a sold REAL deal as announced to the Bahamian people. The expensive celebrations ( like most that the Bahamian people cannot afford ) to tell the Bahamian owners that the Hotel was sold, the money was in the Bank and a $billion investment was imminent to provide thousand of jobs in Grand Bahama was a "FARCE" and once again making a" poppy Joe " of the listening and believing population! .
Not only did our government do this to us but they allowed foreigner's to come into our country and participate in this "ACT". Like the previous Government Cabinet Minister say " if you don't beat them, kick then, burse them and Laugh at them, they don't think you LOVE them!!!

Somebody, please advise the honourable Minister, that the reason we elect governments is for them to find and implement solutions to the challenges in our nation and to improve the lives of our citizens. Medical emergency airlift equipment cannot land at night without runway lighting, very sick citizens should not be transported on flatbed trucks in down pouring rain during lightning and Thunder storms. SAD!!!
