It becoming that the Government has all the RIGHTS and the citizens have none, Zippo.
Its the same procedure as the Millions of dollars being held in " dormant accounts" that the Government is now claiming, without proof of publically notifying the account holders or surviving relatives, if the account holder is deceased of these funds. The banks held theses funds with a fiduciary responsibility, and it is the responsibility of the Government to ensure that they be carry that out to the End meaning that the funds are returned to the rightful owner (s).
The same apply to the mail. In the absence of not returning the undeliverable mail back to the sender, pubic notification must be given to the intended receiver of the mail to claim it before it is destroyed. Also does non valuable, mean that every piece mail is open and if there is not a cheque or cash in the letter it is destroyed. What is the purpose of having to purchase a stamp from the government (tax) to mail a letter if the Addressee may never be received.

The FNM Ingraham ( papa doc) robbed the Real Bahamians of their National Insurance Small Pension Benefits in 2010 and NOW the FNM Minnis ( dark hitler) will take the Savings of the Real Bahamians. These funds belong to the Bank clients or they are deceased, their families. It is the Bank responsibility to search the whereabouts of the clients or their immediate family and disburse the funds to them. To open an account with any bank in the Bahamas, one must disclose how many times they have a bowel movement each day, they can obtain a beneficiary for the account. If the proceeds of any Bank account contain Funds from the commission of a crime then those funds become the property of the state only. This is economic desperation.

We Bahamians People allow these foreigners to come into our Bahamas land illegally and become legal through corrupt greedy civil service employees, by selling Bahamian birth rights with no conscience. Now the Illegal corrupt Foreigners are trying to place America in the same category as the corrupt Bahamas, not happening period, not under president trump or and american president or government.

Why in our lords great name would the Speaker of the HOA allow such nonsense to take place in the Peoples house of Parliament . That body and forum is for the Peoples business and not individual publication for cause. Land disputed are for the courts ( although they make questionable rulings, thanks for the Privy Council in mother England to overrule ). Too many of our Bahamian Brothers and Sisters steal land that belong to others and it going to have to stop. Full stop.

Seem to me that maybe with some of the named executives involved, the unnamed partners may just be the web shop boys. Knowing that a deep pocket investor is interested in a project there, and a huge profit maybe made in the future if lets say the proposed project were to run out of funds. I too would like to see our Bahamian brothers and sister shape the economic growth of our Bahamas and less dependent on foreign Investors, but lets be open and transparent for Real sustainable Bahamian Investments.

Try taking that to the bank ?? Okay, the previous loan officers and middle and top management of the Bank of the Bahamas will secure a Personal loan with it.

Perhaps the Beauty committees for these beauty pageants will begin to screen participants for proof of generation Bahamian status before having a beauty contestant misrepresent the Bahamas in the World of Beauty. This situation was rectified very quickly.
When a government of the Bahamas is elected and form with people like this young person in the future, it will be a sad day for the Bahamas and true generation bahamians and not easily rectified.

Just have new Shantytowns created and they can all relocate there and leave the problems for the next new government and Bahamian people. We all know that is what is going to happen. The truth is the Truth for all of us who want to acknowledge it. Shantytowns and other illegal communities for foreigners will never be eradicated in the bahamas.

If our Law makers do not respect the laws, how then can we expect the citizens to respect the laws.
