If you take away the 10-20 high performing public/private schools ......... it is not a "D" average educational system............ So stop quoting that stupid statement. This system is not even what it appears to be. If the MOE was to publish the complete BJC and BGCSE results each year by school ....... every Bahamian would see the TRUTH.
You hear "D average" every year, then 3 or 5 private schools get most of the BJC and BGCSE passes and awards every year at the MOE Ceremony. There are over 100 secondary schools in this country ......... where are the others????? Lloyd and Minnis are from SAC. Are they aware of what really happens at RM, CV, CC etc?

The Bahamas should be for Bahamians (based on the Constitution) ....... non-Bahamians should not feel entitled to our homeland ....... We should have the last say on their citizenship status.

Geo and Don seem to think that using common sense facts is being negative ....... If our $12Billion GDP was really allowed (or 50%) to be kept within our borders, YES, we will be very wealthy.
But the truth is that our economy is more open than MOST present members of the WTO now ...... so we have to seek to find more TAXES to keep more money here that is now being exported by the OWNERS of our country's economic industries ..... we basically keep the wages here and export the profits ......... That is why we owe $10Billion in national debt.
