Murphy needs to demand that the Government move the Max Security to a deserted cay .... no need to have them taking up space in HMP .......... Let them cut rock until they die.

40% of the civil service is made up of unskilled, menial, minimum wage workers .......... with barely any completed high school or tertiary education. And the Government puts very little money (or incentives) into HR training. Most civil servants are just happy to make a paycheck and get P&P status.
Observation ......... How and Why does the PSC put so much responsibility on the Police Force to "vet" Government workers ....... when there is so much public mistrust in the Police Force???
This is a conundrum worth a serious UB social science research study.
