The three incompetent hired guns in this incident must have been at the very low end of the 'pay-for-hit' scale, i.e., the kind who don't know how to aim and when to shoot.

McKell Bonaby, executive chairman at Bahamas Public Parks and Public Beaches Authority, should be immediately fired.

During his press conference with news reporters he readily admits time and time again that the verification process is dependent on the contract workers being able to produce documentation to support their claims.

In other words, Mckell Bonaby readily confesses that the Bahamas Public Parks and Public Beaches Authority, of which he is executive chairman, has no records of its own that can be used to verify the claims made by the contract workers. That's a very telling admission that speaks to the gross incompetence of Mckell Bonaby himself. He should be immediately fired, end of story!

This will all be swept under the rug as has been the case for so many other human trafficking incidents involving lost lives in our territorial waters due to the merciless organized smugglers who value the profits from their illegal profiteering activities over all else, including human life.

By the way, did cruel Davis ever come out of hiding to say peep about the environmental disaster in Exuma caused by Shell/FOCOL/Sun Oil?

It seems cruel Davis was waiting on the next major news story before making his next public appearance before the news media. And we all know how corrupt policians are always banking on the public's short memory. But little does cruel Davis know, the Bahamian's memory is becoming increasingly more like the elephant's memory which is unable to forget or forgive the unforgivable.

It is indeed unfortunate The Tribune has to be begged these days to update their news stories on a more timely basis. Still, certain of the above questions have yet to be answered.

Cruel Davis and his minions Halkitis and Wilson are behind an all out no holds barred initiative to levy the punishingly regressive VAT on any and everything they can possibly think of.

And to think the U.S. government has a list of the senior Bahamas government officials who are involved in human trafficking but will not release the names to the Bahamian public.

How does the U.S. government expect our country help to put an end to this highly profitable killing trade when it secretly hoards and protects the very information the Bahamian people need to hold all the murderous facilitators fully accountable for their dastardly deeds? Oh well, what can you expect from the U.S. government when its leader is willing to travel abroad to visit and 'fist pump' with a well-known human rights violator and murderer?!

tribanon says...

Clearly the deal our government made with the U.S. government prior to the release of this latest human trafficking report was:

"We will accept your criticism without calling you out on your own serious Human Trafficking failures, particularly along the U.S. - Mexico border, but only if you allow us to maintain our Tier 1 Status."

What a joke the U.S. government has become with dangerous national security implications for the exacerbation of our country's very serious problems connected to an invading force of illegal nationals seeking to eventually get into the U.S.

This news story is nothing but an absurdity of misinformation for the benefit of the very greedy Franky Wilson a/k/a Snake.

Just stop and think about it for a moment.

Just about every day we have some of the world's largest tankers and cruise ships plying through our territorial waters loaded with environmentally toxic oil, gas and other dangerous contaminants. And representatives of our cruel Davis led corrupt PLP government would have us all believe our small nation can only impose insignificant penalties whenever these vessels are found to have caused a serious environmental disaster. That's patently untrue and ridiculous to say the least!

Not too long ago the State of Florida was able to collect **many millions of dollars** in fines and penalties from Carnival cruise lines for their recalcitrant conduct in **not preventing** the dumping of tons of toxic bilge contaminants and raw shiit that polluted the coastal areas of Florida frequented by many tourists and Floridians alike.

Our nation already has legislation and regulations that allow our government to impose very hefty fines and penalties commensurate with not only the environmental damage done but also the egregious nature and severity of the violations of existing laws and regulations which undoubtedly would have greatly contributed to the disaster in the first place.

Is cruel and corrupt Davis planning to let the FOCOL/Sun Oil enterprises controlled by his good buddy Sir Snake off the hook? Are the Bahamian people to be once again short-changed because the very greedy Snake has been a well-known financial backer of the PLP political ruling class for many years?

The many disgruntled members of our civil workforce who are constantly being told by cruel Davis and his corrupt cabinet members that they must go without because there is no money in the public treasury certainly have a fundamental right to know the answers to these and many other such questions.

> “I am excited because Gina and I were in Geneva and struggled to get this vaccine, and the vaccine will be here,” he {Darville} said.

Darville obviously had a terrific vacation in Geneva at the expense of Bahamian taxpayers.

How much did the cruel Davis led corrupt PLP government pay for the useless 20,000 dangerous paediatric doses?
