He increased the prices on some of the items. In the midst of the pandemic, we were getting price gouging. Now he's reducing inventory. That's fine. But, can someone check what he's doing with prices. Unless I'm making a mistake, I've seen about 2 or 3 price changes on a couple of items in the store since March. To be fair, I have seen a lot of strange things pricewise with other companies as well. How does $12.00 pack of toilet paper prior to Covid curfews and lockdowns suddenly cost $30.00 after curfews and lockdowns? Is it Is a royal flush?

Interesting! You have people staffed in the government whi pass inspection on buildings that have building code violations. So, how about fixing that problem as well instead of pretending that don't exist.

There are some issues that the government would be not know is happening and these should be brought to their attention. However, other than the look the other way inspections, you have well known violations that are just being allowed to happen. Too many games.

This is a sad story. It reads like a depressing drama movie. Things need to be improved. To be honest, a lot of things that the doctor has pointed out, should be in place at all times. We are dealing with Covid-19 but everyday people have other issues that pop up. Hospitals are giant petri dish for bacteria and viruses. After Covid-19 is in the rearview mirror we need to take a hard look on how we handle things in general. If tourist come here and Covid-19 is no longer an issue, do we assume they can't have anything that can have a huge negative medical impact on us? Do we assume that medical facilities are safer from the spread of disease simply because Covid is handled? Even on smaller matters people want to disinfect their food from the foodstore to get rid of potential Covid virus on their groceries but in normal time they're not objecting to th air groceries being dragged across the checkout counter that is still wet from raw meat. Then days later wondering how they got food poisoning. We have to protect ourselves more, beyond Covid-19.

So, let's see. We allowed them to be here, but we didn't understand fully what that meant. Is that what we're reading here?

Wow! To say this was excessive is an understatement.

Agreed. If you moved from one island to the next, you know what island the person resides in. If you have a visitor to the Bahamas then it is very likely that they infected locals and those locals infected others.

I took the statement from the government that the cases seen were locals who travelled abroad. How.can we say with 100% certainty that what they said is true?

Sounds like the voucher that guy needs is for the hospital. The police are a reflection of society. There are good ones and bad bad ones. It's a good gesture what they're doing here. It would be good if they can clean up the force and get rid of the bad apples.

It's sad the stories covered here. People need to have a chance to help themselves. Hopefully, in the coming months things improve for these residents.

The streaming was a good one. I'm not sure why in these times pastors need to have their congregants in person with them in church. The only reason seems to be financial, which is sad. That means that some pastors are willing to put the lives of their congregations as well as the lives of the rest of the population who interact with them at risk of exposure and spreading of Covid-19.

I don't understand the PM. Is he so concerned with votes that he's going to allow for anything now? If a business owner is concerned with the viability of his business and wants the government to allow him to operate, that's one thing. But, for the church to push when they operate primarily from the pockets of people who could be unemployed or at major risk of serious complications from Covid-19 if they catch it, is completely without a conscience.
