If not bound to, and if not wanted why consider. Just cancel. They have admitted their contracts to drill elsewhere - so say Go with God, but go and make your fortunes elsewhere if there are any fortunes to be made.
Obviously jokey you are not affected. We from the downtown ghost town cannot afford property taxes or insurances as we are not recognised as being in peril. I have sold what I can to hold an honest accounting for taxes and payments due. However, I have run out of money and leveraged myself past the hilt to accommodate these bills. I am already dry and dreading the next tax season. Insurances have been cancelled because of the downtown situation, taxes will also be unpaid because of no money coming in with which to pay.
Also talrussell, please learn to express your opinions in proper English so that they might be read and understood rather than summarily dismissed as the incoherent ramblings of an unsound mind.
It will be. Better than the alternative. Obviously you are not Bahamian or on the payroll of the cruise companies - or have not seen the starvation of downtown which would only be worsened by the cruise companies disgusting practice of stealing free will of their passengers and keeping all income for themselves. Nassau has to grow and regain some foothold. It will not happen under these mega cruise companies. Man the cannons!
we back toby! rcl can get out and stay out. They have no sway in business over us. They must learn not to demand, but sit small and take whatever consideration we will allow We being the citizenry and not any government of the likes of past or present over the past 50 years.
I'm ready for We March against the Royal Caribbean getting anything on Hog (Paradise) island. It is such a stupid concept that it should never have been entertained. Reverse the foreign cruise company plan and give it Toby Smith - what he rightly deserves!
It was not so long ago that patrons in a barber shop on Jerome Avenue were killed in a similar ambush. Has any real resolution been discovered and acted upon? And come to that there needs to be severe penalties for those found to commit these crimes. Even road crimes are never deallt with by anything more than the mere slap on the wrist penalties meted out. My stepson who was killed in a collision and who had a better career brand working for him than the excessive speed driver - the driver was not given a true reflective fine and or prison penalty. Those who step outside of their home without a government identification in their pocket are charged far too much , and those who intentionally break laws regarding smuggling and dope quantity posession and proven white collar crime are not given enough.and this person who unintentionally but factually killed my stepson and gets away with so much less penalty, is so wrong he received = actually none at all. The penalty system is seriously misguided when a road crime fields less of a penalty than dope or assault or 'white collar ' crimes..Penalties should be awarded according th the severity of the actions that they commit. There should never be any 'soft shoeing' and favouratism
